Eifion Jones
Director | Filmmaker
Eifion is a filmmaker with a first class BA in Media Practice and a BSc degree in Biochemistry. Eifion has a background in teaching and integrates science and creative filmmaking with 20 years media production experience from public organisations like the BBC and corporate brands like Panasonic. He is exploring research interests in the philosophy of science and creative practice and how narrative can help us live with uncertainty.
Eifion enjoys skateboarding, the sea, alternative comedy, ambient music and neo-noir films. His favourite film directors are David Lynch and Andrei Tarkovsky.
Sarah Jones
Director | Creative Producer
Sarah is a Fine Artist with a BA in Design and a MA in Arts Practice, Arts, Health, and Wellbeing, with distinction. Her MA explored the intersection of human experience, creativity, health and well-being. This understanding is woven into her artwork and facilitation of arts workshops where she explores a sensory experience with materials, methods of making and metaphor to share personal narratives. Sarah merges her artistic sensibilities with her background in marketing, project management and education into her role as Creative Producer at Torchy.
Sarah enjoys walks, gardening and has a love for anything furry, including her two cats, two guinea pigs and dog Dottie.
